Start small, measure honestly
A half-hour introduction
We look at your current process together: how many open positions per month, which ranks, which agencies. No sales pitch, just honest conclusions.
Baseline on three recent requests
We measure how long your last three crew requests took and how many mails and calls surrounded them. That is your starting point.
Six to eight weeks of running it
A team of two to four people, two preferred agencies and one or two ranks with the highest urgency. Half an hour of evaluation every week.
An honest go or no-go
Fewer escalations outside the platform and a higher committed-to-placed rate than the baseline? Then we continue. If not, we will say so.
