Pick a vessel from your fleet. Flag, tonnage and safe manning are already filled in, and an incomplete request cannot go live.

The agency checks with the seafarer first
The platform shows your agencies who fits. They ask whether someone can actually go, before anything reaches you.

You choose, and everyone knows at once
You compare candidates with a match score that explains itself. After your choice the seafarer confirms, and operator, agency and seafarer get the same message.
Transparent matching
Every scoreexplains itself.
Certificates, experience, availability and location, weighed into one number. When someone scores low somewhere, you see why. Anyone not allowed to sail the rank is left out.

The pool stays with the agency
Nobody can browse the people of an agency. An operator only sees who an agency chooses to propose.
The seafarer never pays
That is what MLC 2006 says, and that is how we build it. Certificates follow STCW, privacy follows the GDPR.
